ISO 9001:2015 is a standard that provides a set of guidelines established by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regarding quality management systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. We can compare the ISO 9001:2015 certification to a sort of « license » that verifies a company’s quality standards, making its excellence officially certifiable.

Beyond assisting a company in managing and streamlining internal processes—thereby creating a benchmark that simplifies procedures and methods—quality certification allows a business to provide tangible proof of the quality of its products and services to consumers.
